Roadside PAL was founded in Bloomingdale, NJ in 2018 by a local mobile service team who were tired of watching neighbors get stranded and charged tow rates for mobile fixes.
The premise was simple: if you can install a battery at a shop, you can install one in someone's driveway. Cut out the tow. Cut out the waiting room. Show up with the right part, the right tools, and the right attitude.
Eight years later, the premise still holds. We've grown across Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union, Middlesex, and parts of Morris and Somerset — but every tech on the team still gets trained by the same hands that started it. No call center. No franchise. Just neighbors helping neighbors move again.
